Yeah it’s a great bank to bank at, everyone’s friendly and helpful. Until you’re stranded in a different state, locked out of your bank account to no access to your money because you’re outside of business hours and it’s a holiday weekend. It’s not convenient for that stuff and I’m switching banks. I shouldn’t have to be left without access to my money because they don’t have a “reset your password” link.

What a terrible bank!! I've been here for 6 years and the bank has changed management! I had a small issue and had to deal with Melissa (supervisor haha what a joke)..... What a rude unprofessional loud mouth women!

I have 6 loans for multiple properties through BHCbank and I've had a great experience every time. It seems to be almost effortless since they have all of my info on file. I call and say I'm interested in this property, here are the details then before you know it; half the work is done, offer is accepted and I'm on my way to closing quick!
