Be EXTREMELY careful and tread VERY lightly with this company. Around 1.5 years ago now I purchased a business through this company one of their employee's (John Park) was representing. It was a complete fraud and scam of a sale and they used very deceptive practices to sale the business including providing falsly inflated financials and taking advantage of my gulliable and trusting nature to convince me to sign documents early saying that the previous owner and his family would starve when they were just trying to get my money without providing what was assured and promised in both paper and verbal contracts. After I started complaining they (both John Park @ BIR and Fady Hermina the previous owner) both essentially told me to eat dirt and said I shouldn't have signed paperwork they convinved me to sign. I've made a complaint with the trade commission and FTC and am attempting to have an investigation started into this matter. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!!
