I've done business with them for the past 5+ years and their service has changed! Disorganization, Unprofessional with no confidentiality. I had difficulty with them trying claim my item after I paid off the loan. To add insult to my inconvenience; they send out a notification letter to my home address requesting payment for my item. The letter was dated the day I paid off my loan. It was mailed postmarked 5 days later!

These guys are the best to reckon in US, I was startled with the pricing that they offered for my gold and diamond jewelry, so, I would recommend Beverly Loan Company to all the folks who want to sell their valuables and jewelries at attractive rates.

Through a series of transactions I ended up with an original Andy Warhol sketch that I didn’t particularly care for. After talking with some associates, I contacted Beverly Loan. I emailed back and forth with Jordan – the owner – for a day before bringing in the piece and all the relevant paperwork. They have beautiful offices in the Bank of America building that do not resemble your average pawn shop. The transaction took roughly 20 minutes before I had cash in hand.

When a piece goes up for auction that I must have but I’m short on cash I come to BLC. I can pawn the art I already own to finance a new piece and help build my collection. I love that the staff at Beverly Loan has such expansive knowledge of fine art. I also love that the entire transaction is discreet and painless. They are absolutely in a class of their own when it comes to pawn shops!
