Dead-simple all-online application process (never needed to speak with a person). No tricks with approvals - you are approved for what they say you are. Interest rates are very fair for unsecured personal loans. Some may argue the origination fee is high but, again, it seemed fair to me. I completed the application on a Saturday, got confirmation of approval on Monday and the money was in my checking account Tuesday. Communication via email throughout the process was excellent.
