How about this on a saddle up Saturday ride...My bike broke down andthe service department sent the truck out to make sure l got back safely.When I got back to the dealer, they put my bike in for immediate repair and the service manager Ed had my bike fixed properly 100%.Ryan went above and beyond to make sure all the parts were ordered for my bike to get me back on the road as soon as possibleThe highlight of it all was Liz who saw that my bike wasn’t in line to go for the ride, so she texted Rich and had him not let the ride leave and then had Phil Junior get a bike ready for me to be on the ride with everybody. Ireally appreciated it.I can’t say thanks enough to Liz and the staff at Bergen County Harley-Davidson
