Client Review on Bens Loan, Inc.

Feedback:

I dont expect the 4 season kind of customer service from the pawn industry but this was poor. Servive by anyone's standards. The blatant disregaurd for my item and. Unwillingness to help or even look away from the computer screen was boarderline disrespectful. I get you deal with alot of people everyday bringing in whatevers not nailed down but you shouldnt let your previous customer determin how your going to treat or approach your next customer. I came in with an unmarked watch box and said i had a item id like for them to take a look at and perhaps qutoe an offer on loan for it. He turns the box towards himself and wothout even looking away from the computer screen, chuckles under his breath and says "ya we cant do nothin with that. Unless its a rolex or gold we aint taking it." I look at the watch confused.. I look at him like hes an idiot then back at the watch.. Still without breaking eye contact with his screen he says "sorry...". I say ok, pick up my watch and walk out still wondering to myself how its possible to be that lazy and that ignorant all at the same time in a position to make those decisions.The watch that you guys just let walk out the door without even looking at it, was an all original triple signed 1966 Omega Seamaster with date. And the kicker, its cased in 14k solid gold.. Thanks again.
