I recently purchased a business, which was brokered by BRG, with Michael Meyer specifically representing the seller. If you are looking to sell your business, I highly recommend using BRG. They vet potential buyers in advance, ensuring sellers a pool of well-qualified buyers. When a buyer is identified, Beth Goodman then holds the buyer’s hand through the entire due diligence and loan application process, bringing the deal to a close in a very reasonable amount of time.If you are a buyer, working with BRG can possibly bring you the financial security you have been looking for. They are experts at arranging, and helping buyers qualify for, SBA guaranteed loans, which allow for low down payments and the ability to purchase a high earning business at a manageable price/debt service. Other brokers told me it couldn’t be done-Michael and Beth made it happen.

The Team at Benjamin Ross has been superb. Michael Lefkowitz was professional in all his endeavors, had deep relationships and knew the Seller well. Beth Goodman became more involved throught the diligence process and actively worked with both Buyer and Seller to create and manage the e-dataroom. They were both responsive to all my inquiries and quickly addressed any potential issues as they arose during the transaction.

Are these guys legitimate???? They don't post basic information in listings, such as the industry a business is in, size information, etc. When you ask for such basic information, they want an NDA, and an appointment scheduled with a consultant to find out such information. They take days to weeks to get back to you. I question if their listings are even real, or simply an attempt to phish for investor contact information. Combined with lawsuits against them, and other negative experiences posted on the web, seems like a shady outfit to avoid, or at the least exercise extreme caution when dealing with them.
