Benetrends is great getting new clients setup then their customer service becomes unresponsive. The most recent example is I emailed our "Total Administration Specialist" on 08/14/2019 with a fairly simple question and, over a week later, have yet to receive any sort of reply - just terrible customer service!

The Benetrends team are awesome. They made it easy for my wife and I to convert portions of our 401K into a "Rollover business startup". We were able to utilize these funds to purchase the property where the business is located and access additional capital to build and operate our company during the startup phase. They handled all the corporate filings and even created a profit sharing program for us and our employees. Now instead of just relying on the stock market to grow our future we now have control over our own financial future. Thank you Benetrends for making our dreams possible.

I was initially skeptical about using Benetrends, or any sort of "broker", but they really did make the process easy. The paperwork was relatively painless and 5-10 term sheets came back within a few days. Much easier than pounding the pavement and meeting/calling potential lenders.
