Michael Della Terza is accessible after work hours as well as weekends to answer any questions I may have. Seamless integration with my current set up and have been approached by other companies that can only match his rates. Highly recommend to any business owner!

I have a landscaping company and have been working with Benchmark for a year and a half. I didn't accept credit cards prior to signing up with Benchmark. It was a seamless set up and have been happy with the service since. I would recommend to any business looking to start accepting credit cards as it was an easy set up and transition.

I've been using Benchmark Payment Networks for my retail store for years now. The rates are great as well as the customer service. I have many employees who will have terminal questions and they are always available to assist on weekends and after my regular business hours. Highly recommend.

COMPLETE RIP OFF. When opening account, I was assured repeatedly by Michael Della Terza there would no additional charges other than the flat % of my credit card sales. Total lie. Was billed over $300 in incidental/add-on charges in just a few months - making it MUCH more expensive than my previous merchant account. Was promised a refund when I closed my account but it never arrived. DO NOT USE THEM. Zero stars. #benchmark #michaeldellaterza

Sent me spam too.Don't trust an entity that sends spam and does not list a valid address. IMHO I say do not use at all. Not in BBB either.
