Everytime I go to this becu I always end up spending 15 or more minutes there when I need to talk to someone. They always have only ONE person and its HORRIBLE if you have other things to do.

We have both personal and business accounts at this branch of BECU. We have always enjoyed their staff and the convenience of being able to go in at any time and be able to use the ATM machines. My only desire is that I wish I could take increments of $5 and $10 out - instead of just $20.00. When I have transactions that need to be $225.00, or $230.00 this can get hard as I have to get more or less money then I need. I absolutely love the online payment system. So easy to use.

I've been in a few times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is extremely helpful and you don't have to wait too long (5-10mn max) for a specialist. The staff here make you feel so comfortable.

This bank has the worst security system for their debit cards. I have never had a bank account that has had so many fraudulent charges deducted from my account. On top of that they charge you NSF’s when you have money in your account. Don’t deposit checks with a high amount because they have no problem holding on to YOUR money.

Professional, efficient, courteous, and awesome banking team! There were a few misunderstandings (on my part) when several bank accounts and a loan were set up. The team figured everything out quickly and efficiently, then reset up some accounts to make things simpler and apologized for the confusion. Unmatched services and customer service! Thank you!
