I wish I could give negative stars because they have given me so much hassle I have a loan with them and I pay more than suppose to every month yet when I ask if I could skip a month they say no then I had no clue I didn’t have car insurance because of said car insurance agent and they charge me 740$ without notice the same month and then they won’t answer when I try to call my loan person to tell them I have insurance and then they charge my 5$ for no reason what the hell? I’m going to try to look into having my loan transferred to a different bank because this is ridiculous I’m done with this bank
