I requested and ordered counter checks on 10/27 and was told they would be there the following Tuesday, 10/31 but they were not. I was then told they would be there on Friday 11/3 but they were not. I was then told they would be there on Tuesday 11/7. I called yesterday, 11/6 to confirm that they should be there on 11/7 but the BB&T recording stating the branch was closed was on most of the day. When I did speak to someone I was told I would have a call returned but it never happened. Today, 11/7, I have been calling to see if the checks are there since 0900 and am still getting the recording that the branch is closed..... Get it together! Seriously!
