Couldn't have had a better mortgage experience. Dean was great from the beginning to the end. Accessible, responsive and thorough from pre-approval through close. ...In the purchase of my house, there were some last minute negotiations that had to take place which pushed my closing date back. Because it was not my fault, Dean extended my rate lock at no charge. Outstanding service all around!
