My company changed to BaSys a couple years ago after they presented a proposal that was easy and clear to understand, and simple in the fees that we would be charged. The other benefit is that their system is set to get us the best rate tiers possible without us having to add all the extra data or take extra steps as we process a card in the online terminal. They truly do monitor your account and, if it is warranted, will reach out to you and let you know they are going make a change to get you an even better rate or fee.
