I've been dealing with BankGloucester now for over a decade. My credentials for obtaining a loan are outstanding. I like the people but, to be fair, they have not been the fastest in responding to customer needs at critical times - like having to secure a HELOC on a timely basis when you have contractors waiting to be paid. In my case application submitted in August and process not completed until mid October - way to long. I was told the delay was due to the "appraisers" being overwhelmed and I had to wait. To earn a higher rating BG needs to recognize the opportunity for improvement and find a solution for it's customers. Sounds like others writing reviews have experienced the same.
