It took 2hrs just to receive my ATM card. Not enough counters and the clerks doesn't even assist even they're on idle.

I waited for 3hrs only to find out that their system for opening account is offline so I had to go back the following day and experience waiting for 3hrs again. They only have 2 booths for person who wants to open an account or inquire about their service but the people lining up can be ridiculuos. Even senior citizens had to wait a long line tho they have a separate booth. Worst experience in a bank EVER.

Poor customer service, Senior lang ang priority nila. pregnant and pwd wala. i am pregnant and it took me 2hours waiting. rude teller,bastos, suplada pa yung nag assist sakin,kung di lang need mag open ng account dito eh. Mas Maganda pa sa Bdo.2hours waiting pa lang yan wala pa yung process.

They have convenient banking system. The only thing I noticed is that they don't have priority lane for senior citizen, pregnant and the PWD's.
