Waiting for ages (20mints +)! to make a simple deposit, as only one person working on tellers...! Then one of the staff gave me a “deposit slip” to fill up when they say they’ve “gone paperless” lol Hot to teller the other staff said they don’t need slip... Get yourself together BNZ Wellington!
