Ever since opening my account at this particular branch I have not been able to complete 95% of my transactions due to some reason or another. I understand that this is not a full service branch, but I was given info on the phone prior to arriving that they would be able to service my needs. Very dissatisfied with BOH !!! Will be shopping around for better service !

Usually customer service is good. I like going to the old timers form the old branch. The new tellers look depressed to work there. The service is with an attitude and you feel like your bothering them when they call you to the window. I remember the days when the teller used to say "thank you for banking with Bank of Hawaii" today service is non existent in this branch. New staff only.It's usually a hit or miss. Love the 2 tellers closest to the ATM. Super friendly and knows me by name.

One of my favorite in-store branches along with School Street (Kamehameha Shopping Center). You do have to time it right as they can get busy during peak hours. Love the convenience of later hours and especially the "deposit" ATMs which allow you to deposit both cash and checks.Friendly staff and robust online support to help you stay financially on track.Located mid-center of the mall, across Pizza Hut, with ample parking fronting Safeway.
