Feedback:
Everything that Zach said is true. I set up a business account and it is very archaic. No ACH transfers. Web interface is VERY old. The people are nice and helpful but it's just sad that they haven't kept up with the times.

I wish I could really like this bank. The people have always been nice. I am a business account holder, and I have just switched to another bank. Everything about this bank is old school, and I just can't justify staying with them. First, their process to setup direct deposits for employees is insane, requiring multiple financial statements, personal financial statements, etc. It's an amazingly archaic process. At another national bank, it is as easy as just submitting a transfer online. Second, their technology sucks. There's no way to initiate ACH transfers on their website. There have been multiple times when I have found myself having to drive to the bank to get cash so that I can then drive that cash to another bank in order to transfer....in 2018! Third, my business debit card won't work at the ATM, and they claimed that is a federal regulation. Since their technology sucks so badly, this meant I had no ways of actually moving money in or out of my account outside of business hours, short of writing a check. My new bank lets me use my business card just like any other debit card. Finally, their doors are always locked, and you have to press a buzzer to be let in. But the "buzzer" doesn't actually make a sound, so when you are standing in the foyer, you don't know when someone has unlocked it for you. It is awkward every single time.Like I said, I really wish I could like this bank. I like that they are smaller, and their downtown location is very convenient for me. But there are just too many major downsides, and I honestly wish I hadn't ever setup my account with them.

I went in to cash a check from my job that was from this bank. I didn't have an account and was worried about a fee. Luckily this bank does not charge a fee for non clients. In and out with no problems.
Feedback:
I never get the community bank feeling here, generally disappointed with my interactions.

Bank closed at 1:30 and had to be buzzed in. Very unusual. Staff not helpful and I would agree it seems they haven't kept up with the technology yet. Can't wait til I switch!

Asked if I could make change for .50 pieces. Abel Martinez informed me you have to have an account to be able to make change with American currency. I've been to two other banks this morning and have never heard such a thing. He acted very stuck up too.
Feedback:
Love this bank. Everyone's so friendly.
