This place has no clue. You have the black guy that wears a pistol all the time tells you that you pay a little each month to keep the interest down in 3 months. You have a skinny white guy that is rude not professional and dont care for anything except a paycheck. I was told as long as payment would be made before a certain date it would be 1 price but instead got charged another price to get my pawned stuff out. He also told me that as long as i paid on the account that i didnt need to get my stuff out in 3 months. I told him I spoke to him before and told me that he has not ever spoken to me. Im not stupid i do know who i spoke too.These people need to learn policy and procedures obviously. If you dont like your job go look for another one. There was another man in the the store that seem to care about his job the business and the customer. Very disappointed with the service. This was my first and very last time dealing with this place.
