This place has no clue. You have the black guy that wears a pistol all the time tells you that you pay a little each month to keep the interest down in 3 months. You have a skinny white guy that is rude not professional and dont care for anything except a paycheck. I was told as long as payment would be made before a certain date it would be 1 price but instead got charged another price to get my pawned stuff out. He also told me that as long as i paid on the account that i didnt need to get my stuff out in 3 months. I told him I spoke to him before and told me that he has not ever spoken to me. Im not stupid i do know who i spoke too.These people need to learn policy and procedures obviously. If you dont like your job go look for another one. There was another man in the the store that seem to care about his job the business and the customer. Very disappointed with the service. This was my first and very last time dealing with this place.

I have no clue what made the last reviewer give such a low rating but I have gone the many times. Josh the manager is a kind, polite and professional human being as are the other members of staff there. Maybe this last reviewer "Jason" was the guy who got kicked out for shoplifting around that time the review was posted. Who knows? Pawnshops are not like other retail businesses and sometimes customers might have unrealistic expectations just like on the TV show. Anyway they're always ready to make a deal and you never know what you're going to find there. They are definitely one of the better pawnshops in the area.

IF I COULD RATE THIS PAWN SHOP NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD....THE WESTBANK STORE HAS MR.JOSH THATS WORKS THERE ....JUST SO YALL KNO HES WHITE ,short AND HAS A WANNABE MILITARY HAIRCUT.....HE HARRSASIS CUSTUMERS ALL THE TIME THEY HAV MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS FOR THE WB STORE ON YELP.....PLEASE PEOPLE IF U GO DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM ...THE OTHER TO GUYS FORGIVE ME GUYS BUT FORGOT UR NAMES BUT THERE TWO BLACK GUYS THAT ARE AWESOME AT THERE JOB AND ARE VERY INFORMATIVE ON THERE STUFF....N DONT BOTHER CALLING N REPORTING HIM CAUSE THEY JUST TAKE UP FOR HIM ....HE MUST HAVE A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OWNERS 😀....DONT WORRY JOSH U CAN ALWAYS JOIN THE SPECIAL FORCES OF WALMART SECURITY 😆
