For a so called "Professional" company they are Extremely Irresponsible and they don't take accountability for their mistakes. Nate allowed my Auto Insurance to lapse by taking an incorrect payment from me that he approved himself. Told me not to worry about it until I found out my policy was CANCELLED as 2 weeks had gone by while driving! Nate did NOT contact me at all during this time period to make me aware that my insurance was cancelled or of the mistake that he had made. Then once again told me he'd take care of it & NEVER did! So I was driving around in my truck uninsured for almost 30 days with Children! I was a long time customer & it's ashame the way they handled my situation. I am taking my business elsewhere & do NOT recommend them if your looking for trust & reliability. Totally NOT dependable.
