This is the absolute worst place to finance a vehicle. Constant threats, rude women anytime you call. Constant harrassment. They LIE about anything and everything. I asked to talk to whomever was over the office manager and her (melissa cook's) response was " that would be Mr. Klaben and he does not talk to customers". Way to run a business. Was sent a letter telling me what i needed to pay to get my vehicle back and when i called they wanted all these other documents along with more money. That was not stated in the letter i received. I was told that they will send a new letter with what they want to get the vehicle back psshhh, unreal. Very unprofessional and any idiot knows that when you sign a letter its binding , so they screwed up and dont know how to do their job. Half the time you cant get who you need to talk to cause they are either out smoking, eating, or screwing off. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
