Keith is perhaps one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is incredibly helpful and will do anything to help you. I had a potentially very serious issue regarding two of my merchant accounts. The accounts were in my name but being run entirely through a third party whom I had initially trusted. This third party did not make payments on time, and the accounts had been delinquent for months when I finally found Keith online and asked for his help. I live in Utah, and Keith is in Texas. But that was totally fine, because Keith was able to guide me (over the phone and through emails) on how to manage dealing with this third party so that they would make payments and I could avoid a lawsuit. Keith's desire to help and his knowledge and expertise in the area of merchant accounts is amazing and definitely helped me resolve my issue. I would highly recommend him and his company!!!
