Overall Feedback:
I spoke with Marty a very friendly, professional young lady. She explained to me how they got my information and that because my credit score was so good they wanted to extend an invitation to me in the form of a $500 dollar loan. Trying to get a few new customers. Only they wouldn't consider talking with my friend bc: she lives in Waco I live in Waco too ! I am disabled and do not hold a driver's license or own a car. So I deposited the check in my bank account and was told the money would be there next morning. I came home and called Marty back and told her that everything went fine. I was told when my first payment would be due and the amount. So I ask if they needed anything from me other than what it was Marty said no and we thanked each other I hung up. Today I got a letter from my bank saying check is no good. So now there are returned items and the rude manager Jennifer won't talk to me bc: I don't have a TX driver's license plus they are not taking care of the mess they made bc: I don't live in Killeen. Best believe yes you will and since you treated with disrespect and hung up in my face you will be hearing from my attorney. BET You are very unprofessional and as well as uneducated. You should just resign unless you are wanting to hear the inevitable. Ty
