Bank manager at this location put a hold on a check, after it had been verified and was placed in my husband's account, and that somehow threw him negative thousands of dollars. We were not notified. Now we have to wait a week to see if it is resolved, but were given no guarantee if we would actually get that money back. Very, very disappointed in how this was handled.
