Thieves and crooks. Unable to keep correct records. Moving payment dates. Monthly 5 dollar fees. 3 dollar a month use of paper fee. Over charged for building by a couple of payments. Rude CS. HARRASING CALLS! Take your business somewhere else this place is unable to function in a good way. Was billed several times in one month with a 5 dollar late fee attached to everyone. Ordered shed in July. Was told I would have my shed in 7 weeks. Made first month payment...no shed. Second month payment comes...no shed and my new rep, for other one I bought from quit, said he would courteously pay it. Didnt happen. Now getting told my shed isnt complete for doors are on back order. Was given the run around because at one point in this process my shed was missing.
