Not very impressed after my first and last experience with this business. I went solely based on the reviews listed on google however I am beginning to question the legitimacy of those after my visit. I went in with a clean, well dressed appearanceand and polite demeanor. I want welcomed or greeted. No offer to assist or answer questions. I was curious about getting a loan with about $1,000 in collateral and was only looking to get about 50% of the items values.I was kind of offended when I was told by the guy working the counter that when I said I would definitely be returning to pick up my items and his response was “yeah everyone says that”. I doubt “everyone” sits there wanting to get full details of the loan so they can repay it. Most people probably grab the cash and run and never look back. I was interested in using the business for legitimate means and was made to feel like a criminal for doing so.I went to another pawn business that same day and got the loan amount I was looking for and got better customer service and wasn’t made to feel like I was doing something wrong or I was like “everyone else” that frequents their establishment. I hope others have a better experience. Maybe I just went on an “off” day or something. But will not be visiting this business again.
