Terrible bank with bad customer service. I’ve been waiting 2 months for a new debt card after I reported it lost January 2nd & I’ve yet to receive it , everytime I call it’s “ I’ll be here this Friday “ it’s February 20th & I still haven’t gotten my card I’m so over it. I should be able to get a temporary card from the bank until my actual card arrives this is ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend banking with ascentra.
