I used to be relatively frequent customer and always had a pleasant experience. I returned recently to sell some jewelry and felt like they were trying to rip me off. Fortunately, I at least know what the going price for gold is. The guy that helped me picked through the items of value and gave me a price that was ridiculous! Half of what it was worth! He didn't even separate the 10k from the 14k gold to price accordingly....just threw it all in to weigh together. I took the same items to another local place that buys gold and got $270 right off the bat...no issu offered me $120. I cannot speak to their prices for buying items from them, but beware if you are selling anything to them!!! Must be a change in who runs it or something, because it used be a trustworthy place....now it seems a little shady. Best of luck!
