I've banked at Arsenal for many years and cannot continue. While once diligent, reliable, and helpful, they are now no different than a bank. In the past six months, they have mis-processed two separate transactions on my checking account costing me approximately 10 hours worth of time... I'm still waiting for my reimbursement since I'm never getting those hours back.A loan application was completely botched in their system, by their representative who was "helping". It's still never been fixed. I easily found a loan elsewhere rather than waste more time.Their customer service and client care has hit rock bottom. Save yourself the energy, find someone else to aggravate you.
