I occasionally used this branch for Shared Branch service. To my shock, the branch is permanently closed. Signs are down, and plywood covers the hole where the ATM used to be. It's a bit surprising because it always seemed busy. I do not know what branch replaced it if it was just a move to another location. It was the closest Shared Branch with a Co-Op ATM

Lines are too long anddon't move fast enough. The music they provide over the PA is a little too hip hop heavy. Be prepared to hear other people's conversations heavy on the cursing. Overall, not a very good banking atmosphere.

I came in on 07/13/17 in the afternoon after work to do a withdrawal from my account with Canyon State CU. Teller told me they could not do any business between CU due to computers being down. I asked if the issue was with all AZFCU, answer was yes. Wife the next day (07/14/17) goes to the AZFCU near Superstition Mall, asks if their computers were down on Thursday. They answered no they were unaware of this issue. I think this Branch Tellers don't like out of CU Customers.

I love this branch, I have my auto loan through them and when I come in every month to make my payments I get some of the best customer service I have ever received at a bank because they make it their priority to take care of me and my finances

Denied because i have too many monthly obligations when I make over 1600 a month and only have to pay rent which is just under 800 dollars a month what a joke thanks for nothing

WELL I JUST RECENTLY WENT BACK TO AFCU AND I REALLY CANT SAY TO MUCH PROS AND CONS EXCEPT FOR IT HAS NOT STARTED OFF TO GOOD AND REASON IS THIS AND IT MAKES ME WONDER HOW THIS IS GOING TO GO IN THE FUTURE,OK I OPENED A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND WHEN DOING SO I ONLY RECIEVED 4 CHECKS (REMIND YOU THIS IS A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT) AND IT WAS ON A FRIDAY AND AFTER ALL WAS DONE I DIDNT EVEN GET TO THEE PART WERE YOU PUNCH IN YOUR SECURITY CODE FOR YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD SO I WAS TOLD HAVE TO WAIT FOR STUFF IN MAIL 7 TO 10 DAYS LIKE NORMAL BUT IM A BUSINESS NOT PERSONAL SO NOW I ONLY HAVE FOUR (4) CHECKS TO RUN A AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. LOL. SO MONDAY COMES AROUND I NEED MORE CHECKS ALREADY SO I GO IN TO GET MORE AND WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM TO GET CHECKS, SO IM NOT LIKEING THIS ALREADY ANY OTHER BANK I WOULD HAVE HAD A TEMPERARY CHECK BOOK AND WOULD OF ENTER IN MY PIN FOR CSRD PURPOSES BUT NOW I GOT TO GO BACK IN WAIST MY TIME AGAIN AND IN MY BUSINESS TIME IS MONEY SO GO IN TO ACTIVATE MY CARD PIN TO GET MONEY OUT. NOT A GOOD START AT ALL. TOP IT OFF I M GOING TO BE ONE OF THERE BACKINGS AS FAR AS SUPPLYING CASH TO THE BANK AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN IM A RETIRED VET AND ALL THE OTHER BANKS IV BEEN AT WAS FREE. REALLY THINKING TWICE ON THIS ONE. I WENT BACK TO THEM DO TO THE LOANS THEY GIVE ARE GREAT WHEN THEY KNOCK OFF 1%FOR CHECKING 1%FOR SAVINGS ECT ECT ECT NOW IM NOT TO SURE AFTER THE ENROLLMENT AND THE PIN ON CARD STATUS AND CHARGE ME TO GET A SHEET OF CHECKS WHEN I JUST ENROLLED ESPECIALLY. MY CHECKS WERE FREE FOR BASIC CHECKS AT OTHER FACILITIES,DONT LOOK GOOD ILL TELL YOU, SORRY AFCU BUT SEEMS YOU CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD AT THE START HERE .

Really like AZ Fed , just wish there were more branches. Sucks having to drive so far to do simple things like deposit money. Also It would be great if they up dated the deposit to cash instead of having to use envelopes. But 5 stars from me
