What do I say about a company that should be every business model. I have an old Deed of Trust with Reclusives, Dead people and Dead (paid) loans long gone. Many a folk gave me miss-information, said it was never going to clear, also saying it was easssy to clear. Yet no one held a hand to some one (me) who is not stooopid (sic) yet not intelligent enough to wade through the bureaucracy. Warren is a godsend. Giving me confidence that this will and is going to happen... ARC's connections are just as dependable. I could go on... I'll just say that they can use me as a reference AANYTIME
