Do yourself a favor and avoid these these people, they are absolutely incompetent. When my identity was stolen a couple years ago I made an appointment to come in, sit down, and review the security measures they had in place for situations such as this....and they assured me that once my account had been "secured" i need not worry because they would be all over it until the situation was resolved......AND I WAS ACTUALLY DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE IT !!.....This morning i find an unauthorised charge of $854.58 on my checking account, so i call the bank thinking "they got this"...what a joke.../they just gave me a phone number for someone in some office somewhere telling me I would have to call them and try to find a way to reverse this because "we don't do that anymore"........and answered the remainder of my questions always with the phrase......We can do that, but it will be another $30 fee.......
