I thought since the owner was in jail for arson, they would be a little more professional to buy and have better rates. UGHHH...boy was I wrong. It was like watching the movie DUMB AND DUMBER! Whats wrong with this lady. What was I thinking!! This isn't my first time selling gold and silver to a business, but NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! They literally tried to rip me off on all 10k-14k jewlery. Went somewhere else....puts them to shame!
