!!!ask for a settlement, they won't check if it's available to you if your don't ask!!!Spoke with a very nice and empathetic young man who was nice enough to pretend he didn't know I was anxious and agitated. I didn't understand anything he was trying to explain to me so he tried four different ways until I understood. Very patient. Very kind. Understand these people are probably being shouted at by other people who didn't pay their bills before you call screaming. They have nothing to do with the fact that you didn't pay your bills on time. They were just hired to make sure whatever company you tried to rip off got paid.The kind man even offered gentle advice for my situation. Thanks Evan.
