This credit union is a joke. Paid off an account and without our knowledge it was $2.00 short. TWO dollars. Instead of contacting my wife and I, ACU made it "delinquent", dropping our credit scores. TWO DOLLARS...and this financial institution cares about its customers? Absolutely not. That's is why we closed our account with these imbeciles and put everything in Navy Federal. What a joke ACU is. I strongly suggest you avoid this place at all costs.
