Overall Feedback:
If you want a returned email for a question or a business request: FORGET IT!! I canceled service with ACCPC simply because I got a much better price. HOWEVER, I have sent in two cancellation forms and have followed up three times via email over about a 2-3 week time frame. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY REPLY WHATSOEVER!! SO, I don't know if they're going to keep charging me and then ACT like they didn't get my cancellation notice or what their plans are but be forewarned if you expect any prompt email response!
