Awful! Do not go to these people please. They are not honest people. I filed my taxes in January, never recieved a paper copy of what they filed. 4 months later i called and text numerous times with no response back. Called the state and my taxes were never filed. Finally was able to reach the owner and they said they would refile. Called the state again my taxes were supposed to be direct deposited but they sent out a paper check to the wrong address! Still no response from the owners. Looking through the reviews most good reviews were written by staff. Horrible business and absolutely no communication. Beware!
