First time home buyer here! I got a recommendation from a coworker for Mike Runion. Let's start off, I had no idea what I was doing! Che Walters and Mike Runion were able to awnser all my questions, and were quick on their feet. What I really like when working with anyone, is how they talk to you. When ever I talked to any one from American Loan, they were so respectful and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing many things about the process. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and all around very easy to work with. He kept us updated at every turn, and walked us through every speed bump. This company, and it's employees are top notch. I would with out any doubt tell anyone and everyone to go through them when looking to purchase a home. You guys ROCK! Thank you so very much!
