I tried refinancing my house through America First and it was the WORST experience! The loan officer just continued to lie and make mistake after mistake and then was fired during the process. We had to call ourselves to try to figure out what was happening to then just have another loan officer treat us poorly. We paid for an appraisal to have someone come out and door a horrible job and not get any information correct. I am now going through another company and they have done wonders. If you are considering these guys don't waist your time and money like we did.
