I have been a member with America First since I was 12 years old (13 years ago). They have always been very friendly and professional. I enjoy banking with them and have no intentions of ever leaving. I also really like that they have a updated mobile application. It can be nice to deposit a check with the app even if I am no where near a branch.

I do not reccomend America First Credit Union to anyone. I have been a member for 27 years and they have finally lost my respect. Being a member of the military has its sacrifices. What I didn't realize is that those sacrifices can often include hits to your credit. When I joined the military I was told that all debt payments would be deferred while on orders. That didn't happen, because of this my credit took a hit. When I went to my credit union of 27 years they offered me an 11% interest rate on an auto loan and all they had to say is that I was worth no more an my experian credit score. That they wouldn't lend to me at any less of an interest rate than 11%. Even though my score is good with Equifax and Transunion and I have paid every loan off with interest, I was not worthy of any sort of "normal" interest rate. I have receivd a 5% loan from USAA who understands our service members. Shame on America First.
