My coworkers and I had so many technical difficulties working with AST POS. The screen would always freeze or crash at the worst times and there are just way too many buttons that need to be pressed. Sometimes whenever we tried to call or email for help, either no one would answer, or they would answer but not seem to care. I am glad we are no longer using AST because it just wasn't for us.
