This review is over do.I WISH THEY WHERE MORE STARS IN Google... I have been with AST POS systems since early 2004…I have nothing but good things to say Who ever is the creator of the program either had a restaurant or worked in the restaurant business because I have looked thru many POS systems when i was looking to buy one I went to a food show in Las Vegas all the ones that I went thru and I would ask for defriend things, yes it did this but no…it can’t do that…I checked with 14 POS systems - software that day So when i meet Naveen right in my back yard less than 30 miles at that time and I asked him if his software can do this or that I got all yes and yes and no problem…and I was okay….well let’s see…Within the first month of working with the AST POS I was really happier, it made my life so much easier ..Later came updates that he would customize everything that I wanted…some 15 years later I have just upgraded all my software in all 8 (PC ) stations and again this is more than I expected…Lots of useful futures in the software, from real life every day restaurant problems, they listen and they care about what the customer wants …This is like going to restaurant and by the time you leave you have the best experience ….That’s very hard to do….In today’s busy and all about the Benjamins world…( to leave happy from the restaurant and give compliments about the food and the service at the same time).No one understands that Like Naveen does….. he goes out of his way to help someone at 11.00 p.m. or at 7 .a.m.if you are reading this review because you are looking for a POS System I can tell you that this would be the best for your money… I have been in restaurants for more than 40 years…I have seen and heard allot ofexpensive or unexpensive deals and promises and very little when it comes to delivery and after they get your money its very hard to keep up with what people promise .I will be more than happy to talk to you and answer any question…AST has all my information…You can come on a Friday night to see firsthand between 4 to 8 people working on the system at the same time…so you can see what I am talking about;One more time T H A N K Y O U Naveen..
