Great first experience, but very unhappy not even a year after car purchase.Its unfortunate when you give people the opportunity to make things right and they completely shock you with disappointment and disrespect. I was very taken back and offended by the way my sister and i were not only treated but how we were spoken to when trying to explain that we shouldn't be having this many issues or money going into the car sold to us not more than a year ago.When you purchase a car whether it is $100,000 or $12,0000 you should be treated failry and with the same respect or customer service regardless what the dollar amount of the car. I am hoping things will be made right and we will hear back soon from the salesman or owner of Amaral.
