Alt cap came in and saved a deal from collapsing by providing us a bridge loan. I've worked with numerous Banks trying to secure financing for my business and this was one of the better experiences I've had. Getting to work directly with Dawn their underwriter was such a nice and refreshing process. Typically with the larger Banks all this information was funneled to an underwriter but having direct access everything was clear and no information was distorted from a loan officer to underwriter. Closing was very simple and they upheld all aspects that we agreed on. Alt cap took a risk with us and I'm glad they did because it worked out and they were willing to do a loan that many banks had passed on. It's much easier than the SBA financing that we ended up going with long-term but this was a godsend. Well worth the effort. The interest rate was also in line with what we expected in a loan. There are lots of predatory lenders out there charging 15-30% interest and Alt-cap was more inline with bank rates.
