This has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I bought a dirt bike and got a land from them to build credit. Once the loan was finalized I added the bike to my insurance and sent them the proof right in their office. I switched insurance providers and when I did so they sent me an email saying they had added insurance to my bike. Without even emailing me to ask to provide it. Come to find put they had never gotten the first proof and they had added it since I got the bike. I called them explaining what happened and worked with the manager on it. They gave me a partial refund which was ridiculous to do any ways but I just ate it. After that I tried for a year and a half to try to get the title to the DMV to register it. It never happened. 2 years go by and i want to sell the bike. I have someone who wants to buy it I go to pick up the title and it's AT THE DMV. I tell them to bring it back so they said they would. They never did and my buyer bought another bike. A month later I sell the bike and go to pay it off and send the title to him. Its STILL at the dmv and the payoff amount was more then it should have been because of the insurance that was wrongfully tacked on. So here I am trying to get them to give me the title. It has been a nightmare and I will never get a loan through them ever again. The lack of communication was laughable for a bank. The management was poor and uneducated.
