I have used other locations of Alpha Graphics and been highly pleased, so I was not hesitant to try the WV location. However my experience was less than what I have come to expect from other locations. Our company placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. We requested a phone call when the order was completed and it never came. I called to follow up on the order almost 10 days after it was placed and no one could find the order. I went to the store and spent close to 30 minutes while they tried to find it. I was told it was delivered, which it was not. They suggested reproducing the job, which would have been great! However after they discovered the amount of copies the order contained, I was told that would not be an option. Luckily the job was located under the counter they first checked when I arrived. To their credit the job looks great and was run to our expectations, however the run around has been frustrating and costly.

I have been working with Bryan Baker for many years. He always is on top of things, comes through on last-minute requests, and is one of the very few people I have found that has true knowledge and understanding of the printing/graphics industry. I hope he doesn't retire before I do.
