The most awful bank I've ever done business with. Multiple locations in this little bitty town and none are open on Saturday, not even the drive thru. I moved to the area in 2010 and have 5 accounts here, 1 for my business. You get a constant barrage of insurance sales lit from their in-house insurance company. I noticed over 1400 missing from one of my checking accounts recently. When I called them the teller laughed and said, 'Oh, someone else has an account # that is close to yours and we accidentally took the money out of your account.' REALLY? This is the best excuse? No apology, nothing. They acted like it was my fault. 2 weeks later the money still had not been returned. They made me fill out paperwork to get my money back and made ME feel like the criminal. Then just about 2 weeks later any and all transactions that cleared on a certain day were double debited! Again, a total lack of professionalism and competence. I've since opened new accounts at another bank in town with friendly people who don't make you feel like you are wasting their time and such a bother to them.
