Very conservative with membership and loans. Kinda funny they pay to do advertising on the only rap hip hop channel in the city. They are again far to conservative for this crowd.

The girls at the drivethru are rude,short with me every time I come thru not sure what their problem is with me. The lobby is friendly maybe the drive thru needs to visit chikfila to see what customer service is all about

Member since 2000. I have had an excellent relationship with Allegiance for over 16 years. I know that when I use them I get the best customer service in the industry. The online account information is available 99% of the time. Quite a record. One that other C.U.'s should emulate.

Need to ensure customers are aware of methods of re-imbues enemy of ATM fees and additionally a program that doesn't asses a charge when moving savings to checking. Again no charge unless insufficient funds in savings account.If a savings account can make a check not be insufficient there should've no charge to customer!

We had opportunity to use their event center. And that's what this review covers. It was up to snuff for AV requirements, if not cutting edge. The Allegiance staff were very helpful.
